Bottle: Hazy, deep amber coloured with a small stable off-white head, relatively dry chocolatey-toasty nose the the very first fruity traces of infection; light to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering dryish chocolatey-fruity finish. (bottle, 33cl) Hazy, ruby brown colour with a beige mid-sized foamy head. Toast-malty, slightly burnt aroma with notes of rubber, herbal hops and a subtle fruity touch. Bitters-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Toasty malty base with notes of dark bread a berries; dry-ish leafy and mildly sweet toast-malty finish with a tinge of berry-fruits. 28.X.11
