Jul 31, 2002 This is such a beautiful brewery in a nice little town in Bayern. I expected much from this beer but it was very dissapointing. I love German Wheat but it lacked the body, sweetness and flavors a good German Wheat should have. Also the normal banana aroma isn’t there. Instead it smells after cooked vegetables. It has a hazy golden colour, nice lace. And no soft palate but sparkling like a pils. It didn’t taste bad but it just wasn’t it!
