It’s our new light copper ale packed full of flavour. Refreshing and hoppy with Brewers Gold hops giving gorgeous aromas of tropical and lemony fruits. A terrific session ale.

Cask at the Wallington and Croydon BF, London. Pours dark gold with a light, white head. Bit of floral hops in the aroma, with some dough. Light to medium sweet flavor, floral bitterness, some straw. Light bodied with fine carbonation. OK balanced finish, toasty dough, some mild citrus, hay. Very nice drinker.

Sweet malty aroma. Gentle bitter palate, but nice peppery hops build up gradually. Touch of ginger too. Unexceptional, but pretty tasty bitter.
