Cask; Regular.
It’s our new light copper ale packed full of flavour. Refreshing and hoppy with Brewers Gold hops giving gorgeous aromas of tropical and lemony fruits. A terrific session ale.

Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, nutty, light roasted. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, sharp nutty, toffee, butter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20110803]

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a small tan head. Aroma is caramelish, breadish and slight grassy. Vague butterish. Malty and dry caramelish finish. Ends bitter and dry.

Cask conditioned gravity dispense Merton Summer BF 2010. A slightly murky amber coloured beer with no head. The aroma is nice and fruity hoppy with berries and bready malts. The same in the mouth. Decent hops and well brewed.
