Cask & Bottle conditioned; Regular.
A Golden Ale with a wonderful hoppy nose from the Cascade Hops. It’s fresh, crisp, true to style with light carbonation and floral hoppy notes. This is a unique and very quaffable ale indeed. Hops from Oregon USA. This is a unique and very quaff-able Ale indeed.

Bottle conditioned 500ml bottle from Budgens, Ascot. Straw with a thin whilte head; very ligth carbonation; floral aroma; crisp orange flavour, with a full bodied; stongly zesty and bitter finish. Another excellent ale from Acot.

Cask at Croydon beer Festival 2007. Nose of sulphur and quite pungent hops. Murky honey colour. Taste was citrus lemon, sulphur, hop and tropical fruits. This was really good.

Bottle. Very American in style, but with more of am earthy English-ness about it. This has some floral, grapefruity, oranegy hop notes, with some notes of lychee. Palate is quite bitter with lots of hop flavour, you really do get a burst of fruity/floral flavours coming through. Even though this is bottle conditioned, i would love to try it on cask. Tasty!
