Pigs Ear. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Smooth dry palate. Mild minerals. Tangy orange hops, marmalade. Mild fresh citrus. Dry finish. All right. Could have been hoppier!

Gravity @ Pigs Ear 2012. The pour’s light gold with a tiny head. The nose is pineapple, sweet malty aromas, a bit of lemon cake. The taste is syrupy pineapple upside down cake. Some honeyed baklava. Somewhat muddled flavors. Slightly bitter hoppy finish. Medium body, syrupy. Overall, this wasn’t a particular favorite.
