Cask (gravity dispense) at Kingston Beer Festival on 13 May 2011. Amber colour. Loose white head. Lively condition. Quite grassy hop aroma with some citrus and tropical fruit. More of the same on the palate. Mellow mouthfeel with restrained bitterness. Good enough but I think more hops would have shown off the piney character of the Simcoe better.
