2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Not a massive fan of porters due to the coffee flavour which I hate but I have had some mild ones. This is pretty strong. Like a cold cup of coffee. Very bitter lingering finish. Not my bag baby.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle (500ml): Smells of coffee & roasted malts with some roasted barely too. Dark ruby with a brownish white head that lasts well & leaves a little lacing. Dominated by coffee taste & malts with a nice coffee finish. Medium bodied with a very slight tang & silky smooth in the finish. Very drinkable & a lot like Guinness although with more of a coffee flavour dominating both the taste and smell. (More at: /)
