2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 6/20
At Avery Sour Ale Fest 2013. Clear rusty copper, no head. Nose is full of wild and sour yeastiness, edging on rusty metallic with some grape must. Flavor is really heavy on rusty metallic and green grape wine must. Unpleasant.

0.8 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 1/20
On tap at Avery Sour Fest poured a clear amber with a lingering ring of ivory bubbles. Aromas of nail polish remover, carmel and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth with a dry finish. Flavors of nail polish remover and lighty carmel with a smooth dry lingering nail polish remover finish. I already did’nt have a very high opinion of Asher and this beer did’nt help their cause, did they even taste it before they sent it out?
