COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We conceived this beer to entice the sinner and saint in each of us, following one simple rule: you can never have too much of a good thing. So we took mountains of Crystal, Wheat, and Munich malts and paired them with huge handfuls of Cascade and Tradition hops for an irresistibly wicked beer thatís at once temptingly sweet and scandalously bitter, with a full body and deep red color. Go on, treat yourself a little and ask for the happy ending.

draught. Pours a cloudy amber with a frothy white head. Thereís grapefruit and a bit of pine in the nose. More grapefruit in the flavor, bit of twigs, some butter toffee, the hops are semi-biting. Not bad.

Tap @ APBC - pours a clear orange brown with a white head. Aroma is floral and a little grassy. Taste is mildly bitter and spicy. Bitterness lingers nicely. Overall, another above average brew.

Draft to taster at the Coxe Ave brewpub. Looks good; a very slightly hazy golden orange with eggshell head. Smells of hops and pale malt; a little sweeter than Iíd prefer though. Tastes like it smells with an average mouthfeel. Alright.

sampled at the Brewpub.Poured a golden amber color. Lots of hops on the nose.A sweet hoppy flavor. The finish had a bite to it that choked me.

Pours a slightly hazy light copper color with a white head. Aroma is slight crystal malts and some sweet citrus hops. Flavor is toasty, slight crystal malts, and a bitter citrus finish.

Draft, sampler: it pours a nice orangey color with a white head. Itís aroma is sweeter than I feel an ipa should be, but itís not bad. The bitter hoppiness isnít quite there, but itís drinkable and refreshing.

Near opaque dark orange with some light tan head. Not balanced at all. Sweet caramel malt and then just a single hop bitterness. But I don’t really care for this style.

Pours slightly orange from tap. If I took in an enormous snort I could smell a hop. The taste is bland although thereís some bitterness on the finish. Iíd prefer a bit more balance.

This APA pours a light gold color from the tap at the brewpub. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is slightly bready some malt and hops. A medium to light bodied American Pale Ale. The malts are caramel and sweet. The hops are slightly citrusy. More of a mild English Pale Ale. Nice finish, but nowhere bitter enough for an APA, let alone an IPA. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
