COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We conceived this beer to entice the sinner and saint in each of us, following one simple rule: you can never have too much of a good thing. So we took mountains of Crystal, Wheat, and Munich malts and paired them with huge handfuls of Cascade and Tradition hops for an irresistibly wicked beer that’s at once temptingly sweet and scandalously bitter, with a full body and deep red color. Go on, treat yourself a little and ask for the happy ending.

On tap at APBC. A slightly hazed deep amber pour. An aroma of light hops a bit of sweet malt. The flavor follows suit with a good bitter. A slight sourness kept me from rating it a bit higher. A decent palate just a tad thin but carbonation was good. A decent offering as well.

Draft, sampler: it pours a nice orangey color with a white head. It’s aroma is sweeter than I feel an ipa should be, but it’s not bad. The bitter hoppiness isn’t quite there, but it’s drinkable and refreshing.

Tap @ APBC - pours a clear orange brown with a white head. Aroma is floral and a little grassy. Taste is mildly bitter and spicy. Bitterness lingers nicely. Overall, another above average brew.

Pours slightly orange from tap. If I took in an enormous snort I could smell a hop. The taste is bland although there’s some bitterness on the finish. I’d prefer a bit more balance.

Serving: Draft. Appearance: Hazy orange with a foamy, white head. Decent retention and great lacing. Aroma: Slight pine notes, a little biscuit. Fairly straight forward. Taste: Light biscuit notes from the malt side, Herbal, grass, and pine notes from the hops. Nice back bitterness. Palate: Medium carbonation with a medium-light, dry mouthfeel. Overall: This one seemed to have some alt characteristics to me. Still, a pretty decent brew. Rebuy: If I happen to stop by the brewery I wouldn’t mind having another one of these.
