A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. in aroma, a caramel malt with light grassy hops, with berry notes and some light off aromas. In mouth, a sweet nutty malt with butterscotch, with solvent notes, and Light British hops. On tap at Patty’s, Dec. 10 2011.

Sampled at Quinn’s Ale House in Ottawa, Ontario. Pours a golden-amber colour with a small white cap and some lacing. Caramel nose with some light fruity aromas. The mouthfeel is your typical wetness. Mild sweetness at first and then, mild bitterness for the finish. Refreshing amber ale with a little more taste than standard ones of this style.
