sm89walt (1741) - Northern Beaches, Sydney, AUSTRALIA - MAR 13, 2011
500ml bottle. Clear, light orange with a fading fizzy white head. Sharp, tangy apple aroma, with some sugary, sweeter red apple. Almost idential flavour profile, sour/sweet ripe green apples, a lingering dry tang and a delicate apple skin bitterness. Light to medium body, quite loaded with carbonation on the palate. The 7% doesn’t really notice. Tangy yet not overly so and would be quite drinkable if it wasn’t for the agressive carbonation.
