You? Who wants a model that looks like a spotty baby crossed with the Statue of Liberty? .. . 750ml bottle from D&Q .. . Pours a medium gold .. light foam but cider .. . quite fizzy and a touch gassy, its light champagne .. . touch of wicked side, you can tell its beefed in the alcohol department, but frankly well masked when you see its actually 11% .. . apple juice mostly, but cider .. . good but to pricey to ever have again .. .

.. When I say I’m gonna deliver, I fucking deliver.

Like a postman with Tourettes?

(Sample at Papsø’s) Pours a pale, clear straw with practically no head. Aroma is a faint apple sourness with faint notes of oak. Medium-bodied, medium carbonation, watery texture and an astringent finish. Taste is tart apple. I’m not used to rating ciders so my vocabulary here may be even more limited than what it is for beers.
