(750ml thanks to thirdeye11) Musky, a slight funk. Fruity. Nice smell. The lightest yellow color. Great balance of sweet, tart and yeast. Leaves me wanting more. A great drinker- like champagne.

Pours a transparent light yellow -- fizzy, but with no head. A burst of acidic apples and sweet, syrupy fruit. Carbonation comes out on the palate, like a champagne cider. Covers the 11% pretty well. Tasty.

Shared with BMan1113VR. I know nothing about Iced Cider or otherwise, but here we go. Smelled like dry apple/pear. Poured a clear yellow gold with a bit of legs and TONS of head, tasted like dry apples and white wine. Too fizzy on the palate and over all was fine, due to the high alcohol content and perfect level of sweetness.

Thanks to ericandersnavy for sharing this 16oz handbottle. Flip-top release with a LOUD pop that took us both by surprise! Pours a clear straw body with a fizzy, quickly receding head. Left nice legs as it was swirled in the glass. Aromas of sharp, fermented apples and honey/melon sweetness. Flavor was crisp (granny smith fermented) apples, light/medium sweetness and a very dry, effervescent finish. Just a hint of alcohol in the finish. I should drink more ciders like this.

Bottle. Pale gold with strong carbonation and an initial foam. Aromas are toast with light apple and cava wine. Peppery with low woody notes. Flavours are apple with citrus and cava. Lots of sparkle with a boozy finish.

Very vibrant carbonation with an unending supply of swirling bubbles from the bottom of the flute. Pale yellow. Light nectar aroma, some bubblegum. Dry and metallic, like a brut. This was unexpected. Some honey and peach in the background and with each additional sip. Pop it for New Year’s.

From bottle at SIBF. Sweet, light yellow, quick bubbly head. Slight earthy funk. Tasty whole apple, rich crisp sour-sweet. Champagne yeast. spritely, nice.
