Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 2, 2007 Bottled. A light yellow cider with a fast disappearing beige head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by apples. The flavor is nicely acidic which makes it dry and with good notes of apples, and with woody notes joining in in the dry finish. chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Dec 28, 2004 A medium cider (a bit sweet if anything) on draught (keg). There’s a slight authentic farmyard tang in the aroma, but, otherwise, it’s fairly straightforward quasi-commercial stuff. Clean and crisp, but soft and short on interest. Better than most other ciders I’ve seen on tap at pubs (e.g. Strongbow etc), however. Bridge House, Tower Bridge, RB London Christmas pub crawl.

Ends medium dry. jbrus (4184), Delft, Netherlands Aug 10, 2007 Bottle@WenlockArms. Sour apples and light yeast aroma. Pale shiny yellow, no head or lace. Sweet, apples, bit yeasty and a little dry mouthfeel. Refreshing and easy. maeib (4012), Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, England Dec 11, 2004 Draught - Keg - Bridge House Tower Bridge London (RB London Xmas Crawl 2004). A yellowy-blonde coloured fizzy cider. A dry aroma with apple coming through and a sweet sugary taste. Quite refreshing and pleasant.
