Clear and very pale yellow. Nose is apple peel, apples, yeast notes, lime. Flavor is green apples and apple peel, some lime notes and something that almost comes off as white wine vinegar. Pretty dry. Sour and watery overall, not for me.

Pours pale yellow, min foam. Aroma- like cheap wine with sulphites, semisweet not sour. Taste is light sweet, medium sour. Flavor reminds me of very ripe apples, very matured. Light dry finish. Not so chemical as usual ciders are but too sulphur for me. One time try.
