Very strong aroma of apples...much like apple pie. Sweet taste with a slightly bitter finish. Definetly worth a taste. schuimkroaat (384), Leuven, Belgium Nov 7, 2006 0.5 L bottle, ’bbe’... (threw away the cap too quickly) Clear, pale golden with some fine bubbles. A subtle apple aroma underwoven with some cinnamon - or is it an autosuggestion coming from the fact that a number of apple products are seasoned with it? Mild, almost timid but very balanced taste clearly underlined with fruit. Slight bitterness on the back of the tongue. Fresh, a balm for the tongue. I’m surprised it’s rated so low by most others - then again, I’m not really so much into cider... mabel (1633), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jan 6, 2008 [849-20071122] 500mL (w/ blankboy, jerc). Smells like sugar-coated sweet macintosh apples with a bit of tang -- like baked apple pie and crust. Clear, pale yellow white body with quick white bubbles. Sugary sweet flavour is mostly dried and baked leathery apple skins and a bit of sweat. Light-medium body. Very apply and sweet. jbrus (4127), Delft, Netherlands Aug 10, 2007 Bottle@WenlockArms. Sour apples and light yeast aroma. Pale shiny yellow, no head or lace. Sweet, apples, bit yeasty and a little dry mouthfeel. Refreshing and easy.
