A medium cider (a bit sweet if anything) on draught (keg). There’s a slight authentic farmyard tang in the aroma, but, otherwise, it’s fairly straightforward quasi-commercial stuff. Clean and crisp, but soft and short on interest. Better than most other ciders I’ve seen on tap at pubs (e.g. Strongbow etc), however. Bridge House, Tower Bridge, RB London Christmas pub crawl.

A good draught cider. Tastes a lot like the first slightly unripe red apples of the season, and has a pleasant dry palate.

Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aroma is fresh red and green apple, ligth acidic notes. Flavour is clean fresh red and green apple. Dry aftertaste.

Light yellow coloured and clear. Has a white head, mostly diminishing. Aroma of ripe apples, sweet, acid, fatty, sugars. Flavor is sweet and acidic. A bit astringent. Lively carbonation.

Bottle. Dead apple-y. Acidic mind, but apple-y as it gets. Cider not generally my thing but this was perfectly refreshing for a hot day.

Draught. Yellow colour. Moderate apple aroma. Woody notes. Moderate nice apple flavor. Dry and nice acetic notes. Average finish. Oily palate.

Tap @ The Phoenix, London. Small head with short duration. Color is pale yellow. Aroma and taste are crisp clean apples, a little acidic and notes of alcohol. Medium carbonation.

Bottle, clear light straw yellow colour, light spicey aroma with some light apple notes, light flavour of sour apples. Clean and drinkable but a bit bland and not flavourfull enough.
