Pint on tap, Three Bells, Heathrow Airport. Very light gold colour. Crisp palate, reasonable bittersweet flavour. All in all this is a good cider.

0.5l lovely looking long neck bottle. In the glass it’s crystal clear and almost glowing yellow golden. The little white translucent head that came with the pour is quickly gone. I really like this aroma. It’s both tart and definitely apply sweet! A bit wine-ish also actually. In the taste I get fresh green fall down apples - the kind I stole when I was a bit younger. Really balanced, not to sweet at all, but it still has a strong apple-sweetness. It’s, as most ciders really light on the mouthfeel and it feels a bit thin. Nice flavors though, and it’s one of those that’s easy to enjoy in small doses. Could perhaps even replace my weekend breakfast apple juice this! 18.04.2013

Tap at the Bailiwick, Englefield Green, 06/05/13. Clear pale yellow with no head. Nose is apples, straw, touch of sugar. Taste comprises crisp apples, sweetish but not OTT. Medium bodied with light spritz in the carbonation, pitched well. Ok I suppose and better than the organic and grand cru versions I’ve had on the same weekend.

0,5 l bottle. Clear golden, light, pale color. Medium carb. Nice applecrust nose, some acid. Some acid also in taste with some sweetness and a nice apple flavour. Could go with some more alcohol in it but a nice and very drinkable cider.

Bottle. It’s a clear, pale golden cider with aromas of apple cores, orchard and apple pie. It’s lightly acidic, there’s hints of vinegar, and a pleasant apple flavor. A bit thin on the palate I think, but that only makes it more easy drinkable. A pleasant one, but it could use a bit more punch. 121110
