nice looking with chapagne like effervesence. Aroma is slight vin and apple. Smooth with a sharp dry finish of tart apple that lingers. At the warrington.

Almost clear white, like whitewine, carbonated, notes of apples, melon and some wood, sweet taste and long dry sour finish.

I not normally a cider drinker, or ’cyder’ for that matter. I use Aspalls vinegar, noticed this on the supermarket shelf, chilled it and hey presto - a very enjoyable glassfull. Loads of fresh zesty apples, no metallic or chemical tastes. Very light mouth feel and over all most refreshing. They sell it in the pub near work and I’m having next time I’m in there. AND its organic - which has to count for something. No? Oh well.
