330 ml bottle. Pale golden body with a big, foamy white head that disappears rather quick. Not much aroma, hint of apple, some sulfide and acidity. Flavor is weak apple, a bit sweet and some acidity. Short and a bit harsh aftertaste. Mostly boring.

Bottle. It pours a clear, pale yellow body under a small, white head. Weak nose with apples dominating. Well, not much else going on. Apples, some sugary sweetness, a touch of mold and some sulphur in the flavor. Medium body, some acidity. Well, not my cup of tea, even though it’s drinkable. 120124

330 ml bottle.Pours clear, light straw coloured with a small fast diminishing white head. Aroma is dry acidic. Taste is dry and delicious, fresh apples, light bitter. Hit the spot for me.

330 ml capped bottle, from Bunnpris Gourmet Middelthon. ABV is 4.6%. Extremely pale yellow colour, pours fizzy with a white head that actually lasts a while. Strong aroma of oxidised cider apples, notes of sulphites and oak. Medium dry (or medium sweet, if you like) flavour of cider apples, with some less pleasant sourish and "artificial" notes. Thin mouthfeel. Hints of sulphites and oak. Drinkable, but clearly not Aspall’s best cider.

500 ml bottle. BBE 07/2013.
Pours a very light yellow colour with a white foamy head. Loads of visible bubbles. Looks like a sparkling wine. Aroma of tart green apples, dough and citrus. Flavour of tart green apples, dry wood, toffee and lemon. Medium bodied and a very dry finish with tart green apples. Lively carbonation. This is pretty much a light version of a sparkling wine. Refreshing.
