From New Beer Distro. Demi-Sec Draft Cider label.
Fizzy yellow beer body. Wispy, white head.
Lots of vanilla oak & sulfur on the nose. Letting it breath grabs some green apples, dish soap, & minerals.
Taste is vinegar, stem-y apple juice, & Sweet Tarts candy aged in oak. Big sulfites. Gentle carbonation. Vanilla & popsicle sticks on the finish.
The drier the better it seems with these guys.

Tap at Bangers and Lace in Chicago. Very tart green apple in this - super tasty. Very nice cider.

Bottle from brusin ales - pours a pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma is tart sweet apples. Taste is tart sweet. Palate is thin, finishes a touch dry. Overall, pretty good!

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy straw color with almost no head but thin bubble rings. Sweetish apple aroma. Thin body and soft carbonation. Flavor of tart apple with a slightly sweet sensation. Not bad by any mean.

Bottle poured into glass. Nothing too special here. Nice apple aroma with a sugary flavor. Good but not out of this world

On tap at The Green Man, Trumpington, Cambridgeshire. Pale gold. Sweet peely aroma. Taste has sourness and a little dryness. Sweetness is the main event. Very pleasant.

UPDATED: JAN 22, 2012 translucent straw with no head and minimal effervescence; medium body with high carbonation.
aroma: faint brett, faint acetone, faint musty apples.
taste: brett funkiness up front without sharpness, musty apples in the middle and finish, with a champagne note coming through as well. it sounds odd, but i occasionally get a bit of european salami character in the immediate aftertaste.

Draft. Clear pale gold. Light sweet apple with a hint of tartness, medium acidity, and a dry finish. Very drinkable.
