Pretty straightforward, tasty cider. It pours a very pale yellow body that’s filled with fast moving bubbles. Its small fizzy head lasts but moments. It smells of fresh tart apples with just a hint of sulfur. Full of tart apple flavor, there’s an almost citric sour quality to the dry finish. Refreshing.

Light yellow straw color with a taller fizzy, diminishing white head. Fresh bread yeast aromas which gain some barnyard scents as it warms along with white grapes and apple peels. Heavier in feel, but with enough zip to keep it lively. Sweet golden delicious apple and a touch lime juice. Simple flavors, but balance and quite drinkable. Not the normal soda cider here in N.A.

Pours a brilliant yellow gold color w/ a short lived, spritzy froth. Aromas of tart, wild apples, cedar, and a little granite. Light to medium nectar w/ ample, Champagne style effers although in the glass the liquid is still, no streamers at all. This killer cider actually tastes more like a slightly underripened nectarine w/ a little wild green apple. It’s tart upfront w/ a mild sweetness thats washed away by a moderate acid component. I don’t think it’s supposed to be balanced. The tartness and acid are quite bracing. Other nuances of cedar, vanilla, mango, kiwi, sodium, and sulpher. The finish is long and fluffy w/ mucho effers. This is a great after dinner sipper. Forget the apple pie, give me cider.

Bottle. Poured light pale color with a minimall head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Light sweet apple aroma. Light body with a thin texture and soft carbonation. Flavor of tart apple with a light sweet finish of short duration. Went well with my soup and salad.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2008 Pours a translucent yellow with very little head. Carbonation is abundant and continues to fizz throughout. Aroma is of tart apples and some grape. Flavor is of tart apple. Finishes a little dry with some alcohol. Pretty good and easy to drink. Looking forward to trying more ciders.

Pours light yellow and is crystal clear with minimal head and very attactive carbonation. The aroma is predictably apples - fairly tart with bits of spice. Medium / thin body, but fuller than I expected and there was some fizzy carbonation. The taste starts with tart green and red apples with a alcohol bite. The finish has a bit more of an alcohol presence. A decent drink, although I am not too familiar with the style so take this as a novice rating. Very easy to drink and enjoyable.

Very nice, but I prefer the dry, myself. This seems like it could use just a touch more depth of flavor. Still recommended, but I would definitely choose the dry first.

Sparkling golden body with minimal disipating head. Fresh apple aroma with some grape juice notes. Crisp and sweet and not overly dry. Quite a nice cider that goes down smooth.

Very pale yellow body with hardly any head on top. The aroma is fresh Jonathon and MacIntosh apples. There is a hint of some vineous character and a little bit of caramel. The taste has apple core along with some watered down lemon juice tarness. There is also a hit of black pepper in the finish. This makes my mouth pucker. This makes me wonder how the extra dry hits palate. I really like this as a change of pace. Recieved in a trade with Larry Pitonka.

Light, straw colored, not much bubbles/carbonation. Aroma of wet leaves and apples. Very very sweet, tastes like something that should be mulled or something, flavors of pumpkin, apple.
