3.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Straw in color. Less aromatic than their dry version. More full-bodied than the Aspall Dry. The sweet finish is reminiscent of pears and stronger, sweeter tropical fruits. No sulphur when compared to the dry.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Head is initially small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is clear LIGHT yellow. Aroma is lightly yeasty (barnyard, horseblanket), with a note of apple. Flavor is heavily sweet, moderately acidic. Finish is moderately sweet, moderately acidic. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy/lively carbonation. Like the Dry, a good example of better English ciders; there are ones with much more rustic or unique character, but these are a great introduction to what good ciders are like.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
The aroma is very farmyardy, dipaery, bretty - deep and delicious as if the apples were just turning toward overripe. The mouthfeel was crisp and dry and the flavor was of slightly cinnamoned, very sweet apples, quite ripe. Very good.

A light, but slightly tart apple flavour with a pleasant sour,medium-dry finish.
Delicious for a hot summers day.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pale yellow color with no head (does cider ever have a head?) The aroma was full of grapes...very champagne-like...some slight sourness, and tart apple also. The flavor was not too sweet...again, I mostly get grapes in this, but there was some sweet apples in the aftertaste. The feel was very spritzy...clean, semi-dry finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear pale yellow color with no head. Sour wine-like grape, vinegar, citrus and apple aroma. Nice apple and white wine flavor with a little citrus and a tart moderately dry finish. Very thin, crisp feel.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
A posh english cider, applely in aroma and flavour.
Happily NO HEAD, cider doesn’t have a head, this implies a problem if there is one!
Flat as a millpond is what I expect. A good start to real cask cider.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear golden color looks more like wine than beer. Okay, cider. Sweet aroma of apples was subtle. Flavor is refreshing, apple notes. Sweeter than the Dry and so, to me, much more enjoyable.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
This stuff is just PHAN-TASTIC. Clear light golden in colour with no head. THe nose is sweet with apples but not overpowering or gross. The taste is WOW apples and is slightly salty but not overpowering. THe body is dry but not nearly as dry as the Aspall Dry cider. Very good and easy to drink.
