Slick (1956), Minnesota, USA Dec 29, 2003 Very nice golden color, small head that faded quickly leaving little behind.Nice apple aroma maybe sweet and maybe tart.I'm getting a little waft of each. The flavor was apple of course with a nice ripe apple sweetness to it,sweet as well but not overly so and just plain damn good. The alcohol doesn't really make an appearance at all. This is a much better cider then some of us Americans can make.I've found ours to be to sweet or to tart for my liking but this one manages to give it all in just the right amounts.Well done and well worth getting. Alcoholist (570), Peoria, Illinois, USA Mar 28, 2004 Clean golden colour, small head. Aroma is slightly sweet and appley. Flavour is clean and crisp apple, not too sweet. A very good apple cider. brentfeesh (937), Gadsden, Alabama, USA Sep 3, 2008 Bottle enjoyed at Le Cave Du Vin in Cleveland. Clear champagne like pour with plenty of carbonation to match. Funky apple barn notes under the apple cider dominance in the aroma. Cider barn pressings kept coming to mind. Plenty of clean apple flavors with a touch of hard alcohol. Cinnamon and and a very enjoyable level of sweetness. Quenching and warming. Jen and I both enjoyed this. Schroppfy (1733), Ohio, USA Aug 10, 2004 The aroma is very farmyardy, dipaery, bretty - deep and delicious as if the apples were just turning toward overripe. The mouthfeel was crisp and dry and the flavor was of slightly cinnamoned, very sweet apples, quite ripe. Very good. SubstanceT (1087), Saint Louis, Missouri, USA Mar 28, 2004 This stuff is just PHAN-TASTIC. Clear light golden in colour with no head. THe nose is sweet with apples but not overpowering or gross. The taste is WOW apples and is slightly salty but not overpowering. THe body is dry but not nearly as dry as the Aspall Dry cider. Very good and easy to drink.
