Draught at Big Beers, Belgians and Barleywines Festival. Pours opaque with a medium, bubbly dark tan head, good retention and lacing. Aroma is heavy roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, oak, charcoal, licorice, dark fruit and medium earthy yeast and hops. Flavor is heavy malt, dark and roasted coffee, chocolate with a hop and roast malt bitterness; dark fruit notes. Full bodied, heavy carbonation, and a sweet, dry finish.

Draught (nitro) at brewery. Black with chocolate brown head. Aroma of roasted coffee and burnt chocolate. Taste is semi-sweet and heavy on coffee. Palate is oily and smooth.
