3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Dark brown, a bit cloudy and with a thin head. Lightly smokey nose, with tart/charry notes that I donít like. Good (I am a smoke whore, after all), but quite a few areas need improvement. The smoke is a bit different, and I like that, but the weak malt character does nothing to make this beer better.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle shared. Dark clear brown, medium tan head. Aroma of coffee grounds and caramel. Taste is moderate smoke and a bit of bacon. Not sure why the smoke is in the flavor and not really in the aroma. This one got good reviews from friends.
