12oz bottle 7/22/12 (Binny’s Downers Grove Singles Box)-42° in Weizen Glass-Pours a cloudy yellowish orange with floaties and a small white head. Aroma of wheat. leman, and grass. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew is a decent wheat beer but it does not have any hefe characteristics except calling itself a wheat beer.

12oz bottle from ABC on Betton. Yellow pour with a thin head. Aroma of yeast, grass, grain. Tastes are wheat, lemon, grass. Bad medicinal thing going on in the finish.

4/26/13. 12oz bottle from an ABC in Tally. The retards below that said this looks like a hefe maybe or is an IPA have cleary never had beer before ever. Ever. Faint tart wheat with a bitter earthy kick. This is awful. Fuck this brewery.

12 ounce bottle poured a light cloudy yellow color with aromas of light wheat, some yeast, with some light citrus. Flavors are the same, nothing special here, just a basic hefe overall.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma citrus with some malt and some yeast. Taste quite consistent citrus, some bitterness to if (hoppy). Not too sure about this one, I don’t think it is a bad beer but it won’t be my first choice at the liquor store.

The aroma is malty and somewhat hoppy with faint yeast and spice. Them appearance is hazy yellow with chunks of yeast. The taste is very much like the aroma and in no way a hef. The palate is average. Overall didn’t expect or get much. Pretty sad.

Tangy, west coast hop/wheat aroma. Bad label, foggy maple gold, big white head. Pretty well-hopped, dry. Notes of straw. Pasty mouthfeel., grassy/leafy finish. This was like a weak pale ale, and didn’t have the wheaty features that I would have expected. Meh. ABC Likkas, Betton.

one of the worst beers I’ve had in a while. Not a hefe like one would expect. I agree with the aforementioned comment about the high school gymnasium.

...hmm, well, not bad, not great. Decent wheat orange and clove, but lacking the taste of a "true" hefe. Prickily, something was missing.

Hazy gold with a small white head. It is a shame that they try to sell this as a Hefe, I mean it was probably the worst one I’ve ever had. The only quality it shared with a German Hefe is the color. Just not a good beer.
