Bottle 31/12/2006 Some carbonation. Amber golden coloured fruity and slightly spicy. Crisp and dry malt finish.

Bottled. Copper coloured, good head and condition. Delicate hoppy aromas mingled with malt. Hop flavours along with caramel, toffee and malt and an oily finish that at the same time manages to be dry but slightly overcarbonated

For tasting purposes I had this with a curry. Quite noble of me. Floral hops compete with a curry cutting sourness. Good with a balti, but I have doubts about whether it can stand on its own.

A light ale with pleasantly bitter hoppiness. Really good accompaniment to spicy dishes (I had this with vindaloo).
