Can. Light gold with steady carbonation. Aromas are apple juice with hints of pineapple and lemon. Icing sugar with some floral notes. Flavours are sweet and sour apple with a lightly dry finish. OK. Then again after two cans it becomes tiresome.

Bright medium gold and only lightly carbonated. Initial waft of urinal cakes diminishes under some sweet, overripe apple fruit, cotton candy and pear drops. There is also a vanilla note that is quite pronounced and stand alone. Sweet, tangy and one dimensional apple juice flavour. Quite thin, watery and soft in the mouth, finishing crisp and clean. Good poise though, there is nothing here to offend or amaze. In fact against the line up of macro cideries that are currently globetrotting this is one of the more quaffable. Average! (50cL can, BBE 05/12, Dan Murphy’s, Currambine)
