Brassy bronze color, flat bodied. Solid, very refined, malt backbone. Minimal hopping. Passable, but largely forgettable amber.

Deep clear amber color, small off-white. Lemony dish cleanser aroma with caramelly notes. Medium-bodied. Caramel malty backbone with some citrusy hoppyness. Short sweetish finish. Decent red/amber ale which works probably well with food.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 andyhwcinc (923) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - JUL 2, 2010
My future wife had this while on vacation in Astoria, OR. I really wish I ordered this, though! Appearance is a cloudy amber. Taste is very crisp for an amber (definitely the most crisp amber I’ve ever had), definite hop presence, pretty bitter, fantastic amber. Aroma more malty than hoppy, but good. This would kill Fat Tire or any popular Amber Ale any day of the week!

On tap at the brewpub.Orange amber with an average white head. Caramel aroma and flavour with buttery nuances, subtle fruit character. Malt driven, but a little thin. Average.
