Courtesy of Fonefan. It is a light golden radler with a white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and malt and is very mild. The flavour has a light sweetness and mild notes of lemon and malt.

Bottle. Pale golden colour with a white head. Aroma is citrus, lime, malt. Flavour is citrus, lime, malt. boring beer.

Bottle.Pours clear golden with a white head.Aroma of lemon,malt, lime and fruitiness. Flavor is sweet lemon and lime with some fruitiness and malt. Thin body, average carbonation.

Pours pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, artificial lime. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Had it on a few occasions because of the low alc during my business trips to Hamburg. I have no idea why people like this crap and they are proud of it here. Mix a lemonade (not well crafted as well ;D ) with a very boring and watery lager and you get the same result.

On tap at Hamburger Stadtkrug, September 2011. Pale golden with a small white head. A rather typical Radler, sweet with notes of citrus. Thin and not my type of beverage.

Die Astra Flaschen haben scheinbar alle die gleiche (ziemlich schlichte und langweilige) Aufmachung nur verschiedene Farben, dieses ist weiss und hellblau was zum Namen Alsterwasser ja gut passt. Das Alsterwasser ist sehr hell und die Schaumkrone hält nur etwa 2min. Hauptsächlich schmeckt es nach erfrischender Zitronenlimo, vom Bier schmeckt man nur ein bisschen bitter. Fazit: Durschnittliches Biermischgetränk, es schmeckt nicht berauschend, doch immerhin kann man das enthaltende Bier erahnen. Test vom 26.8.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,9,8,7,11,8 - 8,15

The beer in glass, has a light yellow color, and the head is surprisingly steadfast. The smell is absolutely typical for a Radler/Alsterwasser However, the beginning part is slightly bitter than the average Radler. At the middle part outweighs the soda taste.

Bottle. Clear yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of malt and lemon.

Can. Pours very pale gold with a foamy white head. Light lemon/citrus aroma. Soft aroma. Near medium body with foamy carbonation. Not so lemon as expected. Not so sweet as feared. Quite inoffensive. Perfect lawnmower beer (at least while mowing).
