3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This stuff is better than suffering the through the end of days. It is an amber colored lager w/ a small white head of fine bubbles. It has a good bit of earthy hops that are balanced by caramel malts. It’s not too sweet but pretty full bodied w/ vigorous carbonation. It struck me as pretty boring at first but seems to develop a bit as you drink it w/ the hops taking on a more lively floral character. It finishes dry w/ firm bitterness. This is overall a pretty damn decent beer, no off flavors and a balance of hops and malt. I like it.

Nose was a bit more promising than in case of rotlight, Yes a bit richer beer but still an average one. Like from german barrel, small carbon, light body, thin texture, Palatae a little bit with caramel or chicory, wood, hay. B@Berlin

Quite terrible. It was beer. That’s all. Nothing to recommend about it. I will drink something else next time.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
33cl belgian-style stubby. "Ass cold". Amber pour, large, fizzy bubbles. Aroma is herbal hops, caramel, and some banana. Flavor is metallic, caramel, thin malt bill with caramel in the finish. No real hopiness in the flavor. It is dull bu not horrible.

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
33cl Bottle, poured for me at the St Pauli (Reeperbahn) Christmas Market on 11th Dec 2014. Red or brown body, difficult to gauge in the dark with flashing decorations as your only light source. The head did not hang around long enough for me to discern it’s hue. The nose was weak, the beer very cold and highly carbonated, some fizzy fruitiness and a few roasted malty hints in both the aroma and taste, dry finish and a decent blend of flavours with the malt content overriding the hops all the way through the beer.

Raisins, caramel, herbs. Roasty flavour with a long, bitter finish. More than satisfying for the price.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours clear dark amber, no head. Aromas of candy sugar, nuts, light spice. Taste is more of the same, but sweet, and with a sticky finish. Not so great.
