Bottle from Drinks of the World Zurich. Nice amber body. Malty, caramel nose. Taste is malts, wheat, nuts, caramel. Nice and roasty. Not real complicated but quite nice. Underrated.

33cl bottle. Small white head. Clear dark champagne color. Fizzy. Aroma is easy roasted malt, champagny grains and grapes. Taste is wood, leaves, oak and cellar. And still champagne.

Bottle @ home from REWE. Ambrata carica riflessi rubino, schiuma beige, fine poco persistente. Aroma zuccherato di caramello, frutta secca(datteri) alcool tostatura zucchero di canna. Gusto dolce abboccato, poco amaro, acidula, caramello, malto tostato, finale speziato (cannella). Rotonda abbastanza calda, carbonata, vivace, abbastanza equilibrata, armonica

Amber, orange lightly copper in colour with a fast fading white head. Noses of straw, bread and sweet malts. Light fizzy. Medium-full body tasting light-medium sweet with some bitterness to it. Thin light oily lively texture! The finish is average but not unpleasant, bit chewy. A good winter beer!

Appearance: Clear amber brownish color with a fine frothy off white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Malty, mild hoppy and mild fruity.
Palate: Medium body. Tad sweet and a mild bitterness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Malty, mild hoppy, and mild fruity.
Overall impression:Decent balanced amber.

Bottle, dark amber with thin head, lighlty malty nose with hints of biscuit, burnt malt on the palate plus a touch of roasted peach and orange. Dry grassy hops and faint hints of black treacle in the finish. Simple but pleasant.

Douberd (3728) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - FEB 9, 2014
Stubby 330 ml bottle at home, into a tulip glass, ABV 5.9% Light amber red colour on the body, crystal clear, with two fingers of forathy off-white head. Low retention, light lacing on the glass. Aroma of caramel, malts, bread, but also some toffee. Taste is caramel, more toffee now, bread, toaasted malts, mildly sweet. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Overall okay beer, quite pleasant.
