Tallahassee, Fl. - New Leaf Market - 12 oz bottle. Medium copper pour, slight white bubbly head. Aroma is pretty much neutral with just a hint of fresh lake water. Flavor has a hint of spice, some faint caramel notes, and a bit of citrus to round it out. Decent bitterness. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry. Much better than its original name sake - which to this day sticks in my head as one of the most foul tasting beers I have ever put my lips to.

Pour is light medium gold and completely transparent. Light head. Barely amber at all. Smells of simple malts and grains. Nothing complex here. Tastes malty with a slight bitterness on the finish. Mediocre.

For such a cool looking label design, this beer was a big letdown. More satisfying would have been spring water. This is as bad and as boring as Sweet Waters "Festival Ale" which I just rated. I actually only took a few sips of each at a tasting and cue instant headache. Amber color, nose is sour malts and gym socks from a 1980’s pastel green locker room. Taste is well, if not the same, certainly non existent. Someone call Woody up and have him put this zombie down properly, Zombieland style pleeeeaaaaaase.

Draft and too cold at Mellow Mushroom Huntsville. Not much nose. Taste is slightly hoppy with a bit of malt. Alcohol is barely evident. Overall just ok.
