Beer of month club. Pours a clear amber - looks like iced tea. Nutty, malt nose - and that is exactly what the taste is, too. It's ok - nothing memorable. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle in Florida. Smells great, almost like a chocolate porter. Nutty flavor. No bitterness as expected. Fuller flavor than many thin ambers. Above average

"typical amber look...thin off white head. nutty malts in the aroma. flavor is more malts up front with a touch of bittering hops in the finish. definition of an average beer here."

Amber ale di stampo americano molto fruttato sia al naso che al gusto con un buon equilibrio e una giusta beverinità leggermente acidula, non ne detorpa la bonta

bottle @ Habersham Beverage / Savannah GA --- Hazy dark amber, good cream head cover, strips of lace. Taste is heavy malt and dark fruit spread on toast, finishing with a modicum of hops. Swallow sits hard in the stomach, leaving a chalky residue on the tongue. I expected better.

Bottle. Moderate nutty and cereal for the malt, light to moderate herbs for the hops, light dough for the yeast, with a background note of brown sugar. Head is huge frothy/creamy turning rocky, off-white with thick yet slippery lacing and is fully lasting. Color is clear dark amber. Flavor starts lightly to moderately sweet and acidic, then finishes slightly sweet and acidic and lightly to moderately bitter. Palate is on the lighter side of medium, watery with fizzy carbonation. I wasn’t expecting much for the commercialized name and label but this actually a pretty good Amber Ale.
