Draught. Medium amber with nice foam. Mellow caramel notes. Easy caramel palate with a hint of toastiness and hop earthiness. Finishes a bit watery though.

(12oz bottle, courtesy of Cavie) Pours a clear yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of caramel, apple, mustiness, and corn. Flavor of apple, caramel, light herbal, and grass.

Draft @ Mellow Mushroom, Auburn,AL. Pours a hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty hoppy caramel finish.

on cask-pours a tight off white head that laces and hazy gold color. Aroma is bready, medium malt-some caramel. Taste is bready, medium malt-some caramel, some herbal/tea hops. Soft carbonation. Medium body.

Bottle from Liz. Pours light amber with an off-white head. Light caramel aroma with a hint of hop. Near med body. Flavor is caramel with a very light touch of citrusy hop. Finish is sort of bready.

Bottle… Lightly hazed amber ale with a mountainous, frothy, white head. Great retention. It took me a full ten minutes to pour this into my glass without the head breaching the top of my glass – not a good sign. The aroma provided caramel, biscuit and a moderately woody, acidic funk – a suggestion of key lime peel. Medium-bodied with a creamy mouthfeel and tingly carbonation. Based on the flavor and the size of the head, there’s definitely an infection taking root, but it doesn’t create an offensive beer. The mild tartness actually adds some character and interest to an otherwise bland, boring example of a bland, boring style. Finishes tangy and lightly sweet.

Draught. Pours mahogany with a white head. Smells of light caramel, some earthy hints. Tastes rosey and watery with a thin, caramel finish.

Amber pour. Nothing much to write home about here typical sorry mix if caramel and light hops. Meh.
