On tap- The Vortex Little Five. Pours a dark hazy amber with a thin tan head. Nice lacing. Aroma of citrus, pine, sweet fruits, and caramel. Taste very light. Taste pine, citrus. Sweet malt backbone. Very subtle. Pretty refreshing. Semi dry pine finish.

Smooth taste. Aroma is light hops and earthy. Taste is of dough and very light hops. Pours a nice light brown/medium yellow with a brownish white head. Weak carbonation. Overall not a bad beer.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20
This came with my micro beer of the month selection. Copper color pour with a small white head. Smell of malts, hops, nuts. Flavor is bland with malts sticking out a little. Disappointed with this beer, was looking for more.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a too light amber. A very grainy malty nose. Not very complex. Same with the flavor though it is a little better. Pretty crisp, which is nice, but not at all exciting.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Poured out of a 12oz bottle to a nice creamy and lasting head, with a cloudy amber color. The aroma was malty with a sour hint. Ok hop taste, with a very watery finish. It doesn’t suck.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pour more of hazy straw color (red or amber to be seen). Aroma and taste were super heavy on malt (and skunkiness). Not sure if I got a bad bottle, but just not very tasty. Not amberish. More like a pils, but not that great for that even.Disappointment.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Aroma is a weak stale malty with a maybe wheat edge. Appearance is darker than most reds, but still in range, with a small white head. Taste is malty, but in pleasant way, lacking any sweetness or hop. Palate is a bit watery. Not good.
