Blech. That’s the sound I made after drinking this stuff.

This has a very unique taste, I can;t quite put my finger on what it is. The aftertaste is a killer though. A word of warning don’t let this beer get hot or you will be drinking foam.

Very unique taste that is great, until it leaves your mouth. That is when the bitterness hits. It tends to foam up badly unless it is almost cold enough to freeze. Not a bad beer, but not a great one either.

I wasn’t too impressed with this. To be this beer was quite hoppy for a Pilsner and left that oily aftertaste. It was okay but I couldn’t drink too many without getting tired of it.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
A southeast attempt at a pilsener. Warning: I don’t care for pilseners that much to begin with, and this one did little to change my mind. Thin body, signs of skunking (why is this happening to locally brewed beer?). Slight malt characteristics, which are true to style. (yawn)
