Nose is beautiful with fresh blueberry, malt and citrus. Well balanced with just enough tart blueberry to balance the malt and hops. Very nice job. HumuloneRed (750), Portland, Oregon, USA

The aroma has some malt and caramelized sugar notes to it. The flavor has malt, caramelized sugar with slight notes of blueberry in the finis. Not overdone at all. Very balanced and drinkable beer.

| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Aug 4, 2005 Not as good as I had expected, but not terrible. The blueberry flavor seemed somewhat artificial as opposed to real blueberry juice. It resembled a pumpkin ale (only with blueberries instead of pumpkin - duh!) jhumphries69 (737), Tyrone, Georgia, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Aug 3, 2006 Updated: Jan 20, 2007Not a bad fruit beer - though I am partial (I typically dislike fruit beers unless they are peach or blueberry). The aroma is mostly dominated by the blueberry. The flavor is less so dominated - there is some beer/malt flavor in there which balances the sweetness with slightest hint of bitterness. Combining the sweet malt flavor with the blueberry almost resembles the taste of a breakfast muffin. lamas (737), Adams Morgan, Washington DC, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 24, 2006 Bottle. A clear orange pour with an average-sized fizzy light-tan head. Crisp aroma that features some blueberries, lemons and sweet malts. Thin-bodied and crisp. A sweet malty body with a good bit of blueberry flavor. A very subtle bitter finish. Hints of lemon and wheat throughout. Tasty, but I think more than a couple would just get too sickeningly sweet. Not quite as good as I remember. Easy-drinking. ericnixon (719), Northampton, Massachusetts, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 14, 2006 Pours amber brown with a thin fading white head. Smells of sweet blueberry pie just as it should. The taste is bitter wheat with a slightly metallic finish. You can also taste the blueberries at the end but not all the time. | 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 10, 2008 12oz bottle that poured a clear bright amber with very little head. Has a weak blueberry scent. There is a crisp flavor of blueberries that is balanced out well with hops and wheat. A nice not too fruity fruit beer.
