3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 tronraner (2458) - Walland, USA - NOV 3, 2006
Bottle. Pours on the red side of copper with a small, fast-fading off-white head. The aroma is caramel and toast with some very faint zest. The flavor is brown sugar, grassy hops, a finish of molasses or caramel, and a dry and lightly ashy finish. Straightforward brown ale, really.
3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 micronaut129 (45) - chalfontborotowntonville, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 22, 2012
Pours a copper brown color with bright clarity.
Head formation is lacking quite a bit even though it has good carbonation. Aroma is a bit weak with some roasted amlts and nuts.
Taste is pretty much lightly roasted malts, pretty simple taste.
Drinks with a medium weight but thin and watery around the edges. Finishes semi-dry and light bitterness.
Standard fair here nothing special

12oz bottle courtesy of beerbill, pours cola brown with a bright amber hue and a small khaki head. Aroma of toasted malts, caramel, and licorice. Taste similar to aroma with some nuts and ashy roasted flavors. Something about this beer reminds me of old people.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20 jsmerig (530) - Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 28, 2011
I get a faint smell of black licorice with this one, but it’s hard to tell because there really is not a lot of aroma. Not bad but not much flavor. The mouthfeel is rich and smooth but not a lot of flavor.

Bottle as shown. Pours a clear amber with a small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is a fruity malt and cereal. Thin mouthfeel with a sweet malt with chocolate. Easy to drink a good brown ale from Atlantic.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 beerbill (2935) - Laurel, New York, USA - NOV 6, 2011
12 oz. bottle from a six-pack I received as a gift from my friend Vicky. Pours a clear deep mahogany that allows light to pass through completely with a moderate tan head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Mild aroma of malt and nuts. The flavor is very similar with mild malt and nuts. Mild bitterness at the finish. On the lighter side of medium bodied. A bit timid, but no problems.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 patrick767 (2836) - fort wayne, Indiana, USA - OCT 13, 2011
tap at Geddy’s in Bar Harbor - Pours auburn with an off white head. It smells of toffee accented malt. The flavor is sweet with a definite caramel/toffee taste. It’s light bodied and on the watery side, an okay but too bland brew.
3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20 TATE (135) - Lubec, Maine, USA - OCT 1, 2011
On tap at The Rack. Pours a deep amber with a thin head. The appearance is deceiving as this is not as heavy as the color would lead you to believe. The body is a bit thin but this is a well balanced session beer. There is a bit of a nuttiness with not a lot of bitterness from the hops. Overall I really enjoyed this one and it was very easy to drink.
