COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Designed to accompany fish, its light flavours will complement the dish but never dominate. It also combines well with soft and milder hard cheeses. AROMA floral and citrus zests. PALATE light hops, sweet malt with lemon and elderflower. FINISH dry with grapefruit, lemon and elderflower.

Light unclear medium yellow colour with a small to small average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, lemon, elderflowers, elderflowers woodstock. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, elderflower bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120422]
