Bottle. Managed to get a bit of yeast sediment into my pint, so the orange-golden beer is a bit hazy with a short white head. Nose is celery with some breads and a little lime tinge. A nice sweetness in the mouth, giving light caramel, oranges, mango and a basement-esque malt. Some spice and herbiness. Hits in the nose with a strange aftertaste, and it’s a bit oily overall. Soft carbonation. Not really sure what to make of this one. It’s interesting, but I can’t say I really enjoyed it.

ChrisOs Christmas Tasting. Clear gold beer, little white head. Papery light malt. Nice tangy fruits. Finishes semi dry. A beer of two halves!

Bottle 500ml. clear glass @ chriso [ chrisos festive get-together tasting ].

Clear medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off- white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, light yeasty, chlorine, earthy notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, vomit notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111230]

Orangey colour. Lots of sediment. A little sweet. Smooth and quite fruity with some pithy hop character. Moderate bitterness on the finish. Not bad.

At Chriso New Year 2011/12 tasting. Pale gold lasting white head. Its bit very good bit musty dusty. Not very good to be honest bit acidic on finish

Quite a lot of yeast in the bottle I had from Tesco in Truro and quite easily disturbed. Tan colour with intriguing aroma of fudge, vegetable and crusty bread. Nice bitter taste with lovely mouth feel. Well balanced beer but could have been a little longer lived taste.
