COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This lager is truly made under the lager regimen of slow, long and cool fermentation of 55 degrees. It is lagered about 5 weeks and hopped with Bohemian Saaz hops. The result is a crisp and refreshing and somewhat dry beer softened with the gentle Saaz hop profile.

Poured from Bottle at brewery. Poured a cloudy golden color. Aroma was of lots of grain. Flavor was much the same. Good summer beer for sure.

Sample at brewery poured from a pitcher. Clear, but a deeper colour than a typical macro lager. Small head that quickly goes. Malty, grassy nose. Taste is grain malt and a surprising amount of hops. Body was not thin at all. Overall, very similar to a macro lager but without the cut corners. A superior lawn mower.

Clear, yellow, no head. Super thin, very bitter and hoppy. A little herbal, bitter. No real linger. Meh.

eaglefan538 (2735) - Wilmington, Delaware, USA - AUG 15, 2011
Bottle from the brewery, pours a golden straw type color, white colored head, rings of lacing. The aroma was grainy, some grass. Flavor followed, seeming presence of faint corn, although this is an all grain malt. The mouthfeel was light, smooth, refreshing, not a bad summer house beer.

Pours a three finger, white head that fades slowly leaving traces of lace. Crystal clear amber color. Medium carbonation and medium bodied. Nose is a floral hop. Flavor is same - floral hops, dry. Very typical lager. $2.00 for a 12oz bottle from Tully’s Beer & Wine Wells, ME.
