3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle, nice strong flavor or ginger with a little sweetness to it. Not a beer you can just drink tons of and not one you can drink fast, more like a wine that you sip and enjoy over time. Also was great with the wing that i have give a me a ginger chicken flavor to it.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
No head light ginger aroma. Week watery flavor with slight ginger. Almost like a tea. Refreshing. Enjoyable.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Mild wheat aroma, pours a slightly hazy light amber with a full white head. Some wheat malt flavor, with a touch of ginger and bitterness in the finish. Not really much going on with this beer, it seems like it missed the mark somewhere.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle. Filtered orange-tan. Fading soda-like head. Coconut-fruity aroma isnít unpleasant, but isnít a great beer aroma either. Ginger forward, but a decent enough of a malt base to ground it. Well done for a Ginger beer certainly, just not a beer you really want to revisit.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle purchased at Crafted Drafts. Hazy orange to amber in color with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malt and ginger along with some weird esters. Malty flavor with plenty of ginger before a sweet finish.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Really light blonde ale with mild ginger. Very drinkable and mild but the ginger flavor is barely present. If you want to make a ginger beer you should make the ginger somewhat prevalent.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The Gibson, Brooklyn tap ($6): Pours a cloudy light orange with a small white head. Aroma is wheat and diluted ginger. Taste is wheat at the front, then a sort of weird spicy feeling reminiscent of ginger toward the back. This ainít great by any means, but is drinkable and somewhat unique.

3.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
From the 12 fl. oz. bottle. The pour is a slightly hazy medium amber-copper with a head that erupts briefly and then fades away. The beer is brewed with ginger and that is the first aroma that my nose picks up. It is followed by pale malts and a crisp clean hop note. The body is about medium with a slight astringency. The taste is also ginger forward but mildly sweet. A clean finish. Something I need to be in the mood for.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap in the breweryís tasting room. Pours a hazed gold. Big spicy ginger, lots of ginger. Big spicy ginger, lots of balance though. Spicy ginger, wheat. Lovely. Surprisingly lovely.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Draught at Drop Off, N.Y., June 1. Pours a deep copper-gold with a small diminishing frothy white head. Aroma is grainy, a bit fruity and with some light ginger -- too light for me. Disappointing flavour of caramel malt, grain, some fruit and again, very light ginger. Average bodied. Dull and the ginger is much too mild to bother with.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Poured as a taster at the brewery. Pale golden color, little head. Ginger is almost overwhelming on the nose and the palate. Thereís a bit of wheat underneath and a last bit of bitterness right at finish. Maybe with the right kind of food this might be good, but itís just too gingery for my taste as a wheat beer. If thereís going to be ginger in a beer, I prefer it as a bit holiday ale with other spices mixed in.
