500ml bottle, best before Mar 12, drunk at 2011 Festive tasting on 30 December 2011. Reddish amber colour with a generous pale beige head and decent condition. Fruity malt is prominent in the aroma - berries and a touch of apple. More of the same on the palate. Some sweetness up front but finishes fairly dry. Not a lot of hop character in evidence - just a slight twist of lemon. Decent enough but not particularly imposing.

Cloudy red-ish colour. Quite flat, which puts me off a bit. The fruity taste is nice, but there’s something about the finish that I don’t like.

6th May 2009 Cloudy orange - brown beer. Pretty flat! Watery malt with a lemon grapefruit bittering hop. Complete lack of carbonation lets it down and makes it tea like!
