3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This ESB/Bitter pours a light brown color from a 22oz bottle. Small sized white foamy head. Aroma is malty and caramel, slightly earthy. A medium bodied ESB/Bitter. Malts are caramel and sweet. Hops are earthy and floral. Good balance. Lively carbonation. Nice beer, kind of standard bitter but very decent. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
An amber apperance. A caramel and raisin aroma. The taste is slighty bitter with a malty backbone. The flavor consisted of caramel, some citrus fruits, and raisins. Standard issue ESB but aright.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Dark amber color with a fairly large off white head. Citrus, grassy aroma some sweet malts. Taste is sweet with some dryness at end, not really any bitterness. Reminds me of Coopers Cave beers. Decent session beer.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Clear brown, nice sized beige head. Smells kind of like rye of pumpernickle toast, which is good. The flavor has these toasty, dark bread flavors mixed with a coffee-ish, smokey note. Tasty stuff, I enjoyed this more than I thought i would.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Appearance: Pours a clear copper body with a fluffy, off-white head.
Smell: Pale malt aroma along with plenty of flowery hop notes.
Taste: Light caramel flavor, maybe a little dry, unsweetened cocoa upfront. Hops are floral, perhaps even minty, and with a sudden jolt, the sharp hop bitterness begins to really dominate, asserting itself in a repelent sort of way.
Mouthfeel: Medium-bodied with a moderate carbonation.
Drinkability: Too one-sided with the hops; it could stand to benefit from some additional sweetness.

4.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Subtle nose of grains and spice. Pours a sparkling copper. The fully lasting creamy/rocky bone colored head leaves very good lace. The brew is fairly malty in front, the middle is moderately acidic. The finish is nothing short of exceptional! This brew has great balance that compliments good complexity. The medium to full body is creamy & soft. The finish feels very astringent. Highly recommended session brew.

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Beautiful color reminds me of birchbeer with a light tan head. Stewed plum, fresh apricot, and hops make up the nose. Medium on the palate with good carbonation on the lighter side making it fairly crisp. The interesting thing about this brew is that the fruit hits your palate at the same time as the hops, which I make out as very subtle black cherry. Not that complex but it lives up to its name as a dry bitter ale, very drinkable.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours an amber copper type color with a nice initial head, very good lacing. The aroma was roasted malts, bitter hops (resinous?). The flavor was roasted burnt malts, caramel, toffee, even some coffee? (almost porter like in flavor in some aspects). Lots of astringency to this one, maybe a touch of diacetyl. The mouthfeel was bitter astringent, light acidity.
