Amber body with a small, persistent head. The aroma is mostly citrusy hops, with some faint caramel malt. The flavor is similar, leaning more toward the hops. Dry finish, but not bad.

Draught@Atlas Brewing Company, Chicago. Slightly cloudy golden color, lasting white head. Bright, hoppy aroma. Crisp, hoppy flavor with citric notes. Medium body, medium carbonation. Nice balance, good beer.

At the brewpub. Hoppiness bordering on an IPA a little unbalanced needed a bit more malt. Overall pretty decent and flavorful. I wasn’t getting the soapiness others were. Serving: Tap

Aroma here is very fine... Citrus up front in the nose... Soapy taste though after that... Not bitter and go better as I went but those soapy taste was a the thing that stood in the way of this beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Had it on tap at Atlas Brewing Co. Pours a classic clear amber hue, light head, solid hop pine aroma, strong hop taste.

Tried this one at atlas brewing. Super hoppy pale ale that borders on an ipa. Pours a light yellow in color and has a nice bitter finish ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mild but fresh and fruity pale ale with a nice mineral bitterness in the finish. Good stuff.

Very nice brew here. Easy to put down, light hoppiness, but enough to keep it interesting.

Sampler pour on tap at the brewpub (Chicago, IL). My first stop in saw 10 drafts. This was one. Pours a darker golden more amber hue, firm haze and a richer dark body for the color. Some dulled glow on the edges and bottom. A frothy whitish head laces ok overall, some nice lacing, sticks around as a mellow layer. Aromas are lemony and floral hops, a moderate strength with a touch of bready dough, grass. Simple yet balanced. Lemons and soap at times, florals, dough. Initial is firmly bitter, soap and florals grow on the palate up front, a good bitterness, dry and soapy. Some bready malts, grass and weeds. Earth, some lemon but further back. A nice dryness, but tamed flavors. Touch of lotion, more lemon and soap. Middle ios mellow bready malts a touch of straw, grainy but more dry. The body is mellow, drinkable if a bit heavier than expected. Hops are sufficient, dry, if a bit nondescript. A solid brewpub Pale for Chicago. Albeit, lacking oomph.

On tap at CBF. Pours cloudy amber with a small beigish head leaving lacing. Aroma is medium malty hoppy caramel cat piss and grapefruits. Flavor is slightly acidy malty hints of caramel and bitter. Finishes bitter malty. A bit too bitter which kills the other flavors.
