COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Changed name from Latitude Pale Ale to Latitude Pilsner.
Available in cask (described as "Cask Pilsner"), and in bottle ("Highland Pilsner"), this beer is a delicious straw-coloured session beer, dominated by crisp, fresh, citrus hop character from classic German "noble hops".
Brewed with a balance of best British Ale Malt and Lager Malt, this beer exhibits a pale straw colour. The aroma combines a zesty attack and an apricot fruitiness with the subtle floral hop notes of the Styrian Golding, Saaz and Hallertauer Hersbrucker hops.
Moderate levels of residual sweetness are balanced by a crisp, well-rounded bitterness to give a clean, refreshing mouthfeel in the best traditions of pilsners – pint after pint!

Cask, Lincoln Fest 06. Light gold with white foam. Aromas are lemon with some soap. Zesty and hoppy with soft grain. Hints of apricot and sulphur. Flavours are very fruity with apricots and lemon. Prickly and resinous hops. Dry towards the finish. Extremely easy to drink. Perhaps could do with a stronger finish.

Hand pulled in the Wellington, Birmingham. Slightly hazed yellow, mit scum top und smells creamy und malty. Warm, fuzzy malt, with an echo of orange and marshmallow. Pretty nice. Straightforward with a barley sugar finish.

I enjoyed several pints of this wonderful beer at the Volunteer Arms in Musselburgh. Quite a unique style, flowery and fruity hop aromas, and like Nimbus there is a slight sweetness. A crackin’ pint enjoyed in a crackin’ pub.

Cask at Oliver Twist, Stockholm. Clear golden with a rich creamy head. Vague but still a crisp aroma of lemon, melon and grains. Crisp, light flavour of lemon-peels, grains and white grapes. Thin body. Easy drinking blond ale..
